I’m a big fan of most nut-based cheeses and typically enjoy Treeline’s cashew based products. This cheese is quite thick yet spreadable. It tastes nice but has a bit of tang to it. I wish the scallion flavor was bolder. Though I do like this cheese, there are other options that I prefer so this one wouldn’t be my choice when compared to others at full price. This creamy cheese is a nice addition to a charcuterie board. It's pretty creamy and easy to spread. It's a little grainier than I'd like, but the scallion flavor helps distract from that a bit. It went great on a baguette with Field Roast Mushroom Balsamic lunch slices. It was nice to have this on a finger foods night while my friends and I watched Riverdale.
