Probiotics is good for the gut and the easier way (and tastier) to get it
is through kombucha. Love this mixed berries flavored kombucha. I used to make kombucha myself, so you I can tell if the fruit flavor was infused by adding the fruit into the kombucha (and letting it set for additional 3 days) or not. This one definitely got the flavor by soaking in the mixed berries days after the complete 2-week fermentation.
