Omggg this hit the spot on a hot summer day. The cookie was flavorful and

a bit crumbly, and the vanilla ice cream was creamy. They made a perfect pair. It’s easier to eat cut in half since it melted fairly quickly once you start eating it. I would get this again!

Look no further for a store bought ice cream sandwich. Its a bit pricey

at 5/sandwich but so worth it when you are jonesin for an ice cream sandwich. Cookies are so soft, huge portion ice cream is amazing. #veganisnotscary

I'm usually not too crazy about sweets but this cool treat was an exception.

Was finally up to trying it out when it was on sale. Will certainly get more when on sale again (a good excuse to not over-indulge when it's not). It truly tastes like vanilla, my favorite flavor, and it's no wonder because actual vanilla beans are one of the ingredients.
