This is a great classic ice cream sandwich option. You really can't go wrong with vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. The horchata flavor is still my favorite, but I think I like the cookie part of this one better. The ice cream is super creamy and the cookie is firm enough to hold it all together while still being easy to eat. Omggg this hit the spot on a hot summer day. The cookie was flavorful and a bit crumbly, and the vanilla ice cream was creamy. They made a perfect pair. It’s easier to eat cut in half since it melted fairly quickly once you start eating it. I would get this again! #cookie #icecream #dessert

Cool Haus offers about five different vegan options for ice cream. They also offer a gluten free/vegan ice cream sandwich. The cookie part of the ice cream sandwich is very soft and similar to cookie dough. The ice cream tastes just like how I remember normal ice cream tasting. It has no weird aftertaste and is very delicious. The only downside of this product is how expensive the ice cream sandwiches are. It can cost up to $6 for one sandwich buts it’s a good treat to have occasionally. I found these at Wholefoods.
