These were a pleasant surprise... baked them for crunchy on the outside and hot in the middle. Worked good for 'meatball' and marinara subs. We're flavorful and good texture 👌

My husband made spaghetti squash & meatballs using these and it was a really delicious dinner. He air fryed the meatballs and then cooked them in the pasta sauce. They turned out really tender. It is similar taste and texture to Yves brand meatballs, not too "meaty" tasting like beyond meat. 17g of protein and fortified with lots of vitamins. High in sodium but what processed mock meat isn't. I would definately but again.
I’m not usually a big fan of simulated #fakemeat, but my partner will often get stuff like this for his kid. We had them in #spaghetti - I wouldn’t say that they’re exactly like meat, but I don’t miss the taste or texture of that anyway.
🍝 These don’t taste “like meat” (unlike Impossible or Beyond meat) but were pretty tasty and a fair price. I have been very much enjoying the Compliments line lately, they have come up with some good stuff (finally)!
