My husband made spaghetti squash & meatballs using these and it was a really delicious dinner. He air fryed the meatballs and then cooked them in the pasta sauce. They turned out really tender. It is similar taste and texture to Yves brand meatballs, not too "meaty" tasting like beyond meat.
17g of protein and fortified with lots of vitamins. High in sodium but what processed mock meat isn't. I would definately but again.
