Loving these critical nutrients! There are obvious things like B12 and D3 but also lesser known issues like getting enough iodine while plant based and getting K2 will be taken care of with these. Truly compostable package keeps me coming back for more.

This is my favorite vegan multi Birman supplement ever. I feel great already just as of taking it for two days. It has selenium which not many vegans get (I heard) from food.
I would say this is for everyone as it covers a broad range of support. May be pricey but after all my research truly the best all around. A bottle is apparently two months supply. Note that with current conditions and their stringent quality checks, be prepared for a wait after you place your order. I am on automatic refills and hoping the delay will not be as long for refill. #veganisnotscary
