Ottima farina di ceci biologici italiani. Yuka = 100/100. La confezione sembra di plastica invece é compostabile, etichetta compresa. Molto bene!! Tengo sempre in casa la farina di ceci perché la uso per delle simil-farinate con verdure varie (oggi erano asparagi). Un modo semplice e buono per avere al pasto una quota proteica.
