According to the colour coded nutrition chart I’ve been making, avocados cover multiple vitamins and minerals required for a thriving life, including omegas, magnesium, and potassium. So I try to get some every week! It’s not currently the season for avocados here, so I bought some in a bottle to spread on toast and crackers. It’s pretty good! As with all #avocado, after a week it starts to go darker in colour so you’ve got to use it up by then. Packaging is also #recyclable, another bonus. #loveanimals #veganisnotscary #veganin2023
