Madagascan Vanilla Bean Cookie Sandwich

This ice cream cookie sandwich by Coconut Bliss is pretty good. The cookie part is

#glutenfree, and the chocolate chips are #fairtrade. The ice cream is of course coconut based and nice and creamy. 🥥 There is 22grams of sugar in one of these, so this is my tgif/yolo splurge. 😋 The cookie part wasn’t bad but could’ve had a better taste to me. Other than that critique, I did enjoy this.

I would definitely buy this again. It is not as “vanilla” flavor as I hoped

and is quite high in calories, but is definitely a solid ice cream sandwhich option!
