È molto buono, forse tende un po' all'acidulo, sicuramente sanissimo visti i pochi ingredienti. Però della stessa marca, reperibile sempre facilmente al Naturasi, preferisco Camelia, che ha una consistenza più morbida ed è ancora più saporita. Da provare comunque!
Mandorle e anacardi sono perfetti per creare sostituti vegetali a formaggi tipo il brie. Peccato per l'eccessivo imballaggio in plastica.
Buono, anche se preferisco il Ferme, perché questo si sente che dentro ha le mandorle, lo si sente nella consistenza. Se fossero anacardi la texture sarebbe molto più morbida.
Davvero buonissimo. Delicato e saporito, lo finisco sempre subito. Immancabile sulla tavola di unə veganə
