Chunky choccy cookie kit

We decided to give these a try even though I’m not much of a Bosh girl. Why did I cram them all onto one sheet? Because the instructions implied to do so, so I listened. For one, they were chocolate chips, not chunks like the front of the box shows. Also… what, like, a pinch of chocolate? Come on. The only instruction I skipped was chilling the dough in the fridge for five minutes. I had no space and for a five minute chill, it wasn’t worth the effort. It took twice as long to bake as the instructions indicate. And the cookies all became one! Well, nearly. After letting them cool, the bottoms really stuck to the baking paper a lot. They were messy! They were also cakey, which wasn’t bad, but not cookie. The maple flavor was good and the small amount of chocolate was nice. Wow! These were more work to make than kits usually are but the addition of maple sugar makes these so uniquely delish! Super soft in texture. #uplandspeak

🇨🇵 Ce sont des ingrédients tous prêts pour préparer des cookies, auxquels il suffit d'ajouter 45g de margarine ferme (j'ai ajouté 55g au total) et 25 g d'eau (j'ai remplacé par 35 g de crème de riz). Il suffit de mélanger les ingrédients, laisser poser 5 min au réfrigérateur puis mettre au four préalablement préchauffé. Simple et rapide ! J'ai trouvé qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de pépites de chocolat, juste suffisamment pour en répartir sur le dessus des cookies, donc j'en ai ajouté de mon placard. Ces cookies sont peut être un peu trop sucrés mais sont vraiment bons 😊 (Noz : 0,99€) 🇬🇧 These are ready-made ingredients for making cookies, to which you just need to add 45g of firm margarine (I added 55g in total) and 25g of water (I replaced with 35g of cream of rice). Just mix the ingredients, let stand 5 minutes in the refrigerator and then put in the preheated oven. Simple and fast! I found there weren't many chocolate chips, just enough to spread on top of the cookies, so I added some from my cupboard. These cookies may be a little too sweet but are really good 😊 (Noz : 0.99€)
