Oat Milk

Oat milk is probably my favorite dairy milk alternative. Love the creaminess

The best plant based milk, nuts free and made out from whole grain oats.

It’s not absolutely terrible but I don’t like it, especially by itself. It would be

fine in smoothies and cereal. Considering that this is “plain,” it is sweet with 7g of added sugars… I’ve found other brands of both oat and almond milks that are better. Swipe for nutrition!

This extra creamy variety is my favorite of all the plant milks. It lives up

to the name. So rich and creamy. I can only find it at one store in my area so I hope they never stop stocking it. It’s no more expensive than the others.
