I love substituting wheat pasta for this high protein one! It's nice not to have to worry about adding a protein source to the pasta dish. It doesn't taste much different than wheat pasta at all. It's also great it doesn't come in plastic inside the cardboard. #chickpeapasta

This is the penne type of Chickapea pasta. This one is great for some tomato sauce and vegan meatballs!
I have no complaints about the taste or texture of this. I enjoyed it.
