But how good are sesame seeds?
They are toasted and have some salt (I would

have preferred them without, I didn't read the label properly) but, they make great the breadcrumbs for vegetables, and you don't need to add salt 😂
They are expensive but good for your health, plus you only need a few and they last a long time.
