Saved 87%and decided to go with the maple waffle flavor. It is delicious!! Curbs cravings for sweets with 0 grams of sugar, packs in the protein, and it's low in calories. For sure I will be buying more and trying their other flavors!

as it's a sugar-free, gluten-free, high fiber and high protein cereal that still claims to replicate the flavor of a maple waffle - and my skepticism was justified in a way. When I first opened the bag I was hit with a very strong artificial maple smell. I tried one piece, and it was a very strange experience. It was sweet at the beginning, not in a maple-y kind of way though. Just straight up spoonful of sugar sweetness. Then it was like chewing nothing, absolutely no flavor and then it was somehow sugar sweet again? I tried it again with milk and it was much better that way. Still sometimes kind of bland, but usually sweet. It's hard to describe honestly, but it didn't taste much like maple to me still. It's something that gets better the more you eat of it, or maybe you just get used to the flavor? I gave some to another person to try and they said it was very maple-y to them but also agreed it had a strange quality to it yet they still enjoyed it after a while as well, so do what you will with this information. ingredients are pretty clean so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did, because it tastes great and pretty nutritious. Just ignore the keto on it.
