The value of ingesting gaba is questionable since so little of it probably crosses the blood brain barrier but maybe it calms the GI system? Anyway needed some more magnesium and this is a convenient way to take it. Please don’t tell me this compostable packing is too good to be true.

This is one of the newest gummies I have tried from Herbaland and it does not disappoint. Great taste, 100% compostable packaging.

I got these gummies as a sample with the purchase of my B12 & D3- I do like the raspberry taste but it’s hard to know how much they do since I only got enough to try for a day.
