Cashew Nut Butter

Absolutely love this. We made some soya prawns curry and used this instead of coconut

cream to give the curry some creaminess, and it came out restaurant quality. It didn't give the food a Thai taste like how coconut cream does, but preserved the Indian flavour profile. Its also a lot healthier than coconut cream. We will definitely buy this in bulk regularly.

This is really delicious and creamy. Works in both sweet and savoury recipes.
