Absolutely love this. We made some soya prawns curry and used this instead of coconut cream to give the curry some creaminess, and it came out restaurant quality. It didn't give the food a Thai taste like how coconut cream does, but preserved the Indian flavour profile. Its also a lot healthier than coconut cream. We will definitely buy this in bulk regularly.

zsuz Good idea! I love coconut cream, but knowing it’s not the best for us, I am trying reduce my consumption. I would also be interested in the recipe 😊2 likesReply
ullu @sunshineyum @zsuz When we make soya prawns again, I will definitely make a post with a picture and a recipe! Should hopefully be soon, we do make soya prawns quite often because its one of the only things my brother likes 😂2 likesReply
