I had heard about this cheese, was keen to try it & pleased to find
it… but, like many Vegan cheese, It had a strong flavour!
I made boursin and tomato sandwiches with wholemeal bread but would definitely spread the cheese thinner if I was to make them again.

Trovato al Dunnes store in Dublino e appena visto l'ho comprato nonostante il prezzo non
proprio popolare 💰il sapore e' presoicche' identico all'originale ma con una consistenza piu' compatta. Finalmente ho potuto (ri) gustare il formaggio spalmabile all'aglio 🙏
