Seeing a recent Boca review by @kyu reminded me that I never really gave Boca a fair shake. Because they were founded in 1979, I would think that would make Boca one of the original plant-based brands. All the better time to give these spicy chick'n patties a shot! These were pretty good. On par with a Morningstar buffalo chik patty I would say. Not a thick cutlet like a Gardein Ultimate Chick'n Filet or Incogmeato Spicy Crispy Chick'n Filet. They are fairly heavy on sodium (450mg, as opposed to 260mg on the similar Morningstar ones) if that is a consideration for your diet. Did you know? Boca was acquired by Kraft Heinz in early 2000.
