This is a staple in my kitchen simple because it's in my favorite soup. I actually have no idea what else to use it for. I guess tortillas, but that sounds hard. 😅 I did just get the cookbook "Provecho" though, so that might have some ideas! This masa harina is wonderful for thickening up my enchilada soup.
