egg replacer bought from phoon huat/redman cake shop. Handy to have at home to add to my cake/pancake/shortbread mixes This cake became too dense since I used only whole wheat flour I'll try again and use some unbleached flour and hope that turns out lighter

The bag seems to be getting smaller but the quality doesn’t seem to have changed. It’s $6 if you get it at Walmart or closer to $8 from Whole Foods. Disadvantage, you have to go into Walmart and it’s a maze and hell to find (organic section even though it ain’t - not in the baking area).
