I’ve not tried any other egg substitutes apart from chia seeds (once when baking a

brownie) so I was quite amazed by this! Am definitely pleased with my first attempt at making French toast sans ovo 🤗🐣 It was even easier than using eggs lol. FYI I also cheated by adding slightly more than a pinch of turmeric to get that sunny yellow for extra visual effect and a dash of kala namak for some eggy savoury-ness🌻 Eggcited to try whipping up some pancakes next!
