Another amazing plant based alternative to minced meat from BlueTribe Foods! You can prepare it

the way you like! Make it using ground spices, or create patties for a burger treat! They nailed it again on the taste and texture by replicating it near perfect! You can't tell the difference. Though it's a big-ticket item but I think it's definitely worth a try!
You can order it online at www.bluetribefoods.com

I never had chicken keema but it is similar to the smell of chicken feathers.I

had to increase the exhaust fan as kitchen is filled with that smell.maybe I might still remember the smell of chicken before murdered,it might take few years to forget that.anyway I like the taste of keema but it didn’t go well with other ingredients of pizza.maybe next time I will try making bolognese with keema.edit-wow it taste amazing with bolognese.it doesn’t have any chicken taste.

I would be lying if told you I didn’t have doubts about this mock meat

product, but having recently tried most of their stuff I am a huge fan of blue tribe foods and the fact that they have taken mock meat very close to the real deal.

Kheema is a minced version of meat, and very famous in the Indian subcontinent. The blue tribe version is meaty, flavour very close to that of chicken and if you get the seasoning right there is no way your non vegan friends will realise this is mock
meat.

I almost finished the end result before scrambling for a pick.

Keema is nothing but minced meat. And this is minced ‘chicken’. I added this it

to spicy noodle soup and vegetable stir fries, it gave a nice chickenish flavour, loved it! Contains vanaspathi/trans fats.

Comes almost close to the meat version. Few might not be able to identify its

Vegan unless told.

Pretty low in saturated fat too
