I bought the spring roll wrappers from blue dragon to make fresh summer rolls. All you have to do is submerge them in water for about 15 seconds. Then you can fill them with your vegan filling of choice, they are very easy to assemble. I like that the wraps are not super chewy, they were soft. I would definitely recommend these. This is springroll wrappers. They were about 50-60kr at the grocery store KIWI. These do not need to be frozen. It is marked as vegan on the back! It was an unique experience working with these, you put them in water for 10-15 seconds and they go from being hard to a thin condom texture. They turned out good and I'll buy them again
These felt slightly thinner than my usual brand of rice papers, which wasn't an issue. They were also pricey, though, so not my first choice.
these spring rolls might be a bit asymmetrical but they were delicious. they were easy to use and stayed rolled. Seems to me there are more in a package then I've gotten with others spring roll wrappers. It's possible I might have overstuffed them. @flouredfingers they had a nice texture. #springrolls. they are also fun to make.
They works nicely for spring rolls, they also last a while in the pantry, it's better once you have made rolls with them to eat them immediately because if left overnight they become sticky
