I love anything with cilantro so I was happy to see this new flavor at Target! The cilantro is a clear strong flavor and the chili adds more spice than the original sauce. It still has the very distinct Bitchin' Sauce flavor, which I think I would have preferred subdued to let the cilantro shine. I also would have loved to see some lime juice in there. Having cilantro without lime juice just feels like a crime! It was a nice addition to a JUST Egg omelette with Trader Joe's soyrizo.
