This is a simple mix where you just add water, but the taste is light,

fluffy, and has a pinch of spice to give that "old fashioned like mama used to make" pancake taste. Low in sugar and high in plant protein is a great combination. The price point varies. I have seen it as high as $7 and on sale for two for $7. That is when I stocked up!

Love that this is high in #protein compared to a basic pancake mix.
9g protein and

2g #fiber per serving. Tastes nice, no complaints on flavor. Easy to prepare, just add equal parts mix and water! I added some chocolate chips and syrup because that's how I like my pancakes, but you can go crazy and add whatever toppings you like!

Pleasantly surprised at how good this is! I expected some type of gritty or dry

protein texture, but not the case. They are flavorful enough to eat on their own or would go well with any add ins or fruit. Such a quick meal too! 🥞
