This is a simple mix where you just add water, but the taste is light, fluffy, and has a pinch of spice to give that "old fashioned like mama used to make" pancake taste. Low in sugar and high in plant protein is a great combination. The price point varies. I have seen it as high as $7 and on sale for two for $7. That is when I stocked up!
