Used this Banana Blossom to make a Beet Wellington, with leeks, carrots, beetroot, walnuts and

quinoa. I've used it for fajitas before but it worked really well in this too, so I'm delighted. I will increase the amounts to make more filling the next time though 😊 #bananablossom #beetwellington #meatsubstitute

I made these vegan fish tacos with the biona banana blossom. It was so easy

to cook with and good value for money as the banana blossoms streched far when cooked

Made a great banana blossom paella! With the help of some nori sheets it tasted

This was an interesting product to use. It was a bit like jackfruit in colour

and flavour. The texture was great to make mock fish although you have to really season your batter as the blossom itself doesn't have much flavour.
