Questo seitan mi è piaciuto molto per diversi motivi: -sapore buonissimo, assaggiato anche prima di prepararlo ed è già salato e saporito -buona consistenza, morbido, prende bene il condimento e si presta per moltissime preparazioni -valori nutrizionali davvero top! -sono praticamente 4 porzioni -costa 7€, (trovato in un Conad a Rimini) che secondo me come prodotto li vale tutti!! 👍🏻👍🏻💞

Questo seitan è davvero super morbido e succoso rispetto ai normali seitan da supermercato. Regge benissimo la cottura in forno rimanendo morbido. Provato facendo un normalissimo spezzatino per testarne il gusto quasi al naturale e lo consiglio. Cosa da non tralasciare si conserva fuori dal frigorifero pre utilizzo e quindi molto comodo da tenere sempre in dispensa.
