I made sausage and peppers and did a taste test of beyond an incogneato/MorningStar Italian
sausage. beyond definitely tasted better. has better ingredients also. It has that spice that make sausage taste like sausage. It sure smelled great cooking. In the photo, the beyond are the four pieces on the upper left. I do appreciate that it's packaged in a compostable or recyclable container. The outer casing is much thinner on these. The package size is about the same for each product but beyond gives you four servings. these are gluten-free and no palm oil. #vegansausage #glutenfree

Finally found the sweet Italian variety! So delicious! A bit sweeter and less
spiced than the hot Italian but not a huge difference. Not sure which I prefer but I know I love them both! Note: I bought these for my partner months back but they were frozen so I didn’t eat them overdue! #veganisnotscary
