Spices are spot on!! Texture is very “meaty” and juicy! Perfect 👍🏼 with spaghetti 🍝 like the one I made last night for Vday 💕 dinner 🍽️ !
This is a definite must try!
I #airfryed them 1st till just slightly toasted on the outside and extra fat dripped off into drip pan! This kept them firm but still chewy in the center when adding to pasta sauce!
30% less #fat and #sodium from the original recipe! Still high for my liking but definitely a step in the right direction! Maybe 🤔 tastier than Gardein!

Mi hanno fatto pensare alle polpette non vegane che preparavo ai miei figli quando

erano piccolini.
Quei vecchi ricordi mi hanno spinta a provare queste vegetali.
Buona e morbida la consistenza ed anche il gusto molto simile al prodotto animale, per quello che ricordo.
Anche i valori proteici sono apprezzabili.
Le ho cucinate velocemente fritte in padella e poi le ho ripassate con un semplice sugo al pomodoro che ha acquistato un ottimo sapore., che utilizzerò per condire un po’ di pasta.

Another prize from the 90/90 challenge 🏆 I made those into spaghetti with meatballs🍝 With

tomato sauce, pesto and homemade vegan parmesan cheese 👌 The meatballs were good, I tried to half them, as they were too big for that dish and they didn't really hold a shape after that, but they did the job and tested good in the pasta 👌 #veganin2022 #veganinbulgaria #veganmeat
