Belgian Dark Chocolate Cake 550g

The ganache topping on this is so smooth and so so heavenly 😁. The cake itself, however, is dense and on the drier side, and needs the icing to break this up a bit. There's also a shortening-based chocolate creme layer which is really slick and fatty and not my liking tho. But still a generally nice, available vegan cake. Looks cute. #chocolatecake #cake

I wanted to not like this cake because it's so full of sugar and there are supposedly TEN SERVES in a tiny round cake. But for better or worse, it is freaking delicious. Especially chilled. I could easily eat half myself. Ok fine, I could've eaten the whole thing.
