This seems to be one that people either love or hate. I get why people wouldn’t like it, it has a pretty distinctive flavour like no other vegan cheese I’ve tried so far - kinda funky like a dairy cheese. Personally I like it! Terrible melt-ability though. I tested it on pizza, and despite putting the cheese underneath the toppings and spraying with oil it didn’t really melt at all. Works perfectly for the cheese sauce trick though, which I usually use for stubborn vegan cheese - add a splash of mylk and optional nooch/ garlic & onion powder then microwave until it’s a melted cheese sauce. Then it works perf for going on pizza etc. as shown in the second pic. Normally $8.50, I wouldn’t buy this at full price. I usually just get whichever vegan cheese is on special, so it’s good to have another option. #veganisnotscary
