This worked perfectly for my spaghetti because it has a bit more lentil flavor than the average noodle. It did take a bit longer to boil/cook but I'm patient 😀

I love pasta and these red lentil spaghetti are a great source of plant-based protein. They “foam” when being boiled (see photo) and they take a little longer to cook. The taste is perfect, especially when paired with my favorite Portabella mushroom (with garlic, of course) vegetable topping. Quick and easy - and filling - meal.
