LOVE this pasta! Roasting my vegetables to add to this pasta! I don't know if it's Vegan because I'm still trying to figure this new lifestyle out!
This is a great tasting, healthy pasta. I like that it has added protein which is a bonus.
Picked these up for a few bucks to try out. The flavor and texture are consistent with some of the other Barilla products. I made a cashew cream sauce with veggies to serve with this pasta. This product seems to require a super generous portion of water to cook in. Overall if you're looking to add protein without additional ingredients to your recipe this fits the bill and I would recommend it.
It's a nice quick vegan meal that has some protein and it's also gluten free.
