LOVE this pasta! Roasting my vegetables to add to this pasta! I don't know if it's Vegan because I'm still trying to figure this new lifestyle out!

I am Italian American good brands of pasta are 100% semolina which is vegan & vegetarian. It is already high in protein. Saw your posts on Oddmaninn Instagram. Have fun learning about Vegan foods & lifestyle. I know it can be overwhelming at times.
