In my effort to eat more wholefood I've got into rice cakes recently and really enjoy them. The Bakali ones are great, the only ingredients here are literally just rice, chia seeds and quinoa seeds. Also nice and crunchy, and cheap at about R30 a bag. I've been enjoying them with various healthy toppings. Pictured here: Fauxmage smoked chevre with chilli jam, and homemade tahini with dates. Good quality crackers that is delicious with peanut butter & maple syrup.
Very yummy rice cakes. I like to toast them before eating them. It also takes away the staleness if you tend to take a while to get through a bag.
