These canned, sliced #mushrooms were part of our vacation shopping in El Hierro, as there weren't any fresh mushrooms available at the minimarket. These were firm and had a solid #umami taste. I used them in a red sauce for pasta and they worked just fine. I don't see this brand on our island, but easy to find on #elhierro, seems to be a Spanish food brand. Recommended for convenience!
