Avena in fiocchi sottili, piuttosto farinosa. Perfetta per il porridge, per i biscotti e per addensare altre preparazioni.
Non sono una grande fan dell'avena, ma mi piace tantissimo utilizzarla nei dolci (unico modo in cui riesco a mangiarla😂). Barattolo contenente un mix di fiocchi e farina, quindi non ideale a chi vuole comprarsi avena esclusivamente in fiocchi
