This hummus had an overload of #lemonjuice concentrate, so much so that it tasted very vinegary (I see this has been mentioned in other reviews). The nutrition is good, in addition to the lemon juice it consists of 68% #chickpeas, #rapeseedoil, #tahini, #garlic pureé, salt and potassium sorbate as a preservative. But that vinegar taste overwhelms, if you don't like that sort of flavor better to stay away from this one.
