This has a good balance of umami, vegetal, grassy & subtle floral notes with no bitterness! :) All the notes mentioned are mild though, so some sips may taste a lil’ flat. Smells nutty. Brewing at around 70-75C seems to yield the best flavour profile; >75C will start to draw out subtle astringency. The price is on the higher side for the flavour profile.
