This vegan chicken n waffles breakfast blew our minds! @lolahippie told us about this dish

at #vws2022 and I'm so glad we tried it. I wish we got a few more 😅 It was the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The vegan fried chicken is phenomenal and that sauce tasted fantastic! What a great way to start the day 🌞
It was inspiring listening to the founder of Atlas Monroe speaking at the event! She is the owner of the world’s largest vegan fried chicken manufacturing company, which is expected to produce million pounds of product by the end of this year!

21g of protein, 150 cal per 2 strips, spicy crispy and delicious!! They came in

in a temperature controlled package and stayed in my freezer until I air fried them :) instead of their instructions I did 15 minutes at 360 degrees. First saw them on Shark Tank and Im so glad I ordered! Hard to believe it’s vegan. Can’t wait to try their korean bbq pork and cured bacon :)

vegan chicken & waffles! this was what i wanted to try most at #vws2022 and

so glad i did. the fried chicken is 👌🏻 and probably the best fried chicken alternative i’ve had before. waffles were covered in sweet syrup, chicken came with a great dip. loved this!

This wa probably the best fried chick'un I've ever had. I was able to try

it at the #vws2022 It was perfectly crispy on the outside but not too chewy on the inside, which I find the case for a lot if vegan fried chicken products. The waffles were also really good, too. Lucky for Greg, he ate before me or I would have probably taken his too🤣
