Sunday's home made Sunday roast was delicious! We had cranberry and cashew nut roast, and accompanied that with roasted butternut squash, sweet potato, kale and red chillies. We really enjoyed Artisan Grain's nut roast. It's made with cashew nuts and cranberries, and so it's slightly sweet, and also slightly nutty! Also, it wasn't powedery or dry like some nut roasts can be (although we did pour some vegan gravy on it!) We recommend buying it, and we're definitely having it again in our next Sunday roast! 🥬🍠🥔

Better than I was expecting for a powdered nut roast. Was a bit dry and crumbly but actually quite tasty overall
When I can't be bothered to make my own nut roast I always go for this one as it's super easy to make - you just have to add warm water and mix it into the ingredients, and then bake it in the cardboard tray provided. It turns out moist, tasty and makes a roast dinner way more interesting. I want to try the other flavours too!
Really tasty cranberry and cashew nut roast. Just add water and bake - very easy!
