When I can't be bothered to make my own nut roast I always go for this one as it's super easy to make - you just have to add warm water and mix it into the ingredients, and then bake it in the cardboard tray provided. It turns out moist, tasty and makes a roast dinner way more interesting. I want to try the other flavours too!
