My partner bought us these #gingercookies to crush and sprinkle into our jar cream. Sadly

they have #palmoil (like everything else). We had too many and between the two of us ate the entire bag last night 😞

Fortunately they’re very thin and after checking the nutritional information, I don’t feel horribly guilty. At least it was a relatively small box.

Buonissimi biscottini, molto sottili, assomigliano ai Lotus. Veramente piacevoli

I like the thinness of these ginger thins (don't cringe!), the soft crunch that they

have, and the overall sweetness is quite okay - not too overwhelming.

Annas Ginger Thins seem to be vegan based on the ingredient list, however I dislike the fact that one product contains two sweeteners: sugar and invert sugar syrup. Which sounds unhealthy to me.

Hence, I rate this Swedish biscuit a 7/10.
Cheers :)

Where to buy: Village Grocer (in Tropicana Avenue Serviced Residence, Petaling Jaya) or any other branches

Price: RM9.50

Will I repurchase? : Perhaps, whenever I crave gingerbread cookie

Hope my first review benefits you, dear Vegans.

There will be more to come, stay tuned!

These are delightful when dipped in hot tea/coffee/hot chocolate! They just melt in your mouth

- and you can taste the the blend of cloves, ginger and cinnamon. A bit dangerous because they are so thin so you end up eating more than you plan 😂 The brand they sold before at the IKEA shop for the same ginger biscuits switched from a vegan to non-vegan one, so glad they've brought a plant-based version back (I hope they don't remove it again!).

This is under the Lotus brand umbrella and has the same texture and flavour of

the speculoos, but in this case with an added ginger twist. That said, I prefer the quadrangular shape of the Lotus. More dunkable in my espressos. (I know I'm offending two sets of purists here.)
