This was really oily and strong in coconut flavor. My mom added it for me in a cup of coffee that she made for me, so I’m unsure how well it was stirred or how much was added, but seeing all the floating oil was a turnoff and being able to taste it with the strong coconut flavor (which I normally love, even in coffee, but for some reason, I did not in this case). Or maybe it’s the coffee itself that made it not very flavorful, not sure, but I don’t think I’d try this again in coffee. I can imagine this being excellent for baking though because the oil should be a good compliment for that, along with the coconut flavor. 1 serving is 2 tbsp and just 15% dv of saturated fat, which is lower then I’d expect for it being coconut-based. I just realized that this is a #productofthailand so even if I was to think about purchasing this again, I would need to further research to ensure that they don’t use monkey labor to pick their coconuts. #condensedmilk #coconut #highinsugar #dairyfree
