it mixes well and is loaded with good stuff. #uplandspeak

This tastes terrible but it could be worse. I’m using this bc I have an
inflammatory response to soy, wheat, and pea protein. This product also DOES NOT contain STEVIA (which with more then one serving can be very detrimental to health)
Texture: very chalky must be blended with milk
Taste: tolerable but better then Nutiva
Ethics: this brand makes animal products
Tummy feel: I feel great both stomach and head, no inflammatory response
Bottom line, skip this if you’re already doing great on Pea or Soy based proteins.
As a baseline reference my fav protein is Sun Warrior.

I like there's no sugar, #organic ingredients and some fermented. I've been sprinkling this on
my breakfast sandwich P1B2C3. Was given this, dont know price. It's not something I'd buy. Getting nutrients from tiny portions of a shitload of grounded ingredients seems suspect. I dont think they're unhealthy, unless not third party tested for synthetic pesticide and metals. On the other hand, hesitant call this a health food.
