Delicious meal, loved every bite so much. The beans and broccoli and carrots were the most delicious parts.
As with all Amy’s Products this is a great tasting, quick meal.
Wasn't sure if I would like black eyed peas with carrots and brown rice, but I loved it! Black eyed peas are really popular here where I live, but rarely seen in a Frozen entree. The carrots are surprisingly good and not at all mushy. The brown rice has some flavor as well. Not a huge fan of broccoli, so I could do with out it, but there isn't that much of it.
This was so delicious! I wont say it was the most exciting and flavorful meal in the world, but it was really good! It actually seems like quite wholesome ingredients, almost as good as a homemade dish but just took a few minutes in the microwave.
