First time trying kwark! I had no idea what it was until it was explained to me as a yoghurt/sour cream fusion… interesting. It was actually pretty good. Definitely thicker and less sweet than yoghurt, and it had a slight sourness to it. But with some granola and jam swirled in it was super delicious!
