I only bought this oat milk because it was on special offer and cost the
same as my normal supermarket own brand milk. I make a pretty good cappuccino using soya milk, which whips up well on account of the lecithin, but never managed to get oat milk to become thick and creamy. I figured this was designed to do just that, but it didn't really. The same quantity of soya milk as I used of this fills the cup but as you can see, this didn't expand. It's frothy but not thickened. The flavor is good though. Banshee isn't impressed, of course, but she never is...
